What is being proposed?

Glass Bottle submitted a proposal for the development of Phase 1 in June 2021 and was granted planning permission in March 2022
This phase of the development consists of:

• Approximately 570 apartment units in three individual buildings fronting onto Sean Moore Road, including:
  • 10% social housing units
  • 15% affordable housing units
• A new crèche
• 400sqm of retail space

This Phase 1 proposal is fully consistent with the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone (SDZ).
