What is being proposed?
Glass Bottle submitted a proposal for the development of Phase 1 in June 2021 and was granted planning permission in March 2022
This phase of the development consists of:
- Approximately 570 apartment units in three individual buildings fronting onto Sean Moore Road, including:
- 10% social housing units
- 15% affordable housing units
- A new crèche
- 400sqm of retail space
This Phase 1 proposal is fully consistent with the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone (SDZ).
