A documentary went behind the hoarding at Glass Bottle and met the real people who are working on the site including Tommy and Lorna Peate who run Builder Hoists Ireland, a family business that's lifted Ireland's biggest construction projects skyward for three decades along with Elkana left Congo at 16 thinking he was Paris-bound but ended up as a Dublin plumbing apprentice with dreams of his own company.
