Batch House is officially open

The third residential building at Glass Bottle has opened its doors, bringing 323 new homes to the edge of Dublin Bay.

Following the opening of Lime House last year and Sand House this summer, Batch House is the third residential building to open at Glass Bottle, and another milestone for this new neighbourhood in Dublin 4. Batch House brings 323 new homes to the edge of Dublin Bay. Every apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony, with many enjoying views across Sandymount Strand or Dublin city.

Life at Batch House rises to meet the view. On Level 18, a rooftop cinema looks out across Dublin city and the sea. Below, the Level 10 rooftop offers a sauna and plunge pool overlooking Sandymount Strand, a place to slow down with the bay in view.

Inside, there’s room for every part of the day. A full gym, fitness studio and spin studio for mornings in motion. A Trackman golf simulator and games room for evenings with friends. Private dining spaces and music rooms for the occasions worth sharing, and a screening room and library for quieter moments. Concierge and co-working spaces complete a building designed around living well.
