Every great building deserves a great crown.

Now taking shape atop Sand House, our 16-storey tower at Glass Bottle, this bespoke steel structure frames panoramic views across Dublin City, Dublin Port and Dublin Bay while creating a striking new silhouette on the skyline.

Designed exclusively for this building, the intricate steel geometry is a true one-off. Brought to life through detailed 3D modelling, the structure was trial-assembled off-site before being carefully installed 16 storeys above ground with exceptional precision.
